“We recently stayed for 7 nights , unfortunately COVID had broke from our state and we had to spend our first few days in Isolation, Lee & Bryce could not do enough for us, even collecting our groceries.
The complex and the apartment itself is stunning and set in an ideal location , just minutes to the famous four mile beach and just 5 minutes walk into the town centre.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which had every amenity you could wish for and ample room for a family of 5, very modern and very clean.
The kids loved the pool area and the tranquil surroundings made a awesome place to relax.
Would highly recommend the Cayman villas and the awesome owners to any couple or family.
We will be back again soon.”

“We stayed in Cayman Villas for 9 nights in Sep/Oct 2020. The villas are located just a very short (400m) walk from 4 Mile Beach and Macrossan St so perfect for daytime beach visits and eating out at night. Our villa was enormous and spotlessly clean, the balcony was huge and perfect for happy hour drinks with the family. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher etc. The pool was lovely & bigger than most at apartment/villa style accommodation up here. Lee and Bryce are fantastic managers, helping us with booking a reef trip and anything else we needed. We would certainly stay here again.”

“We arrived late on Saturday the 26th September to the Cayman Villas and were delighted to enter our unit. The air conditioning, TV and lights were all on, the rooms were all clean and neatly appointed. We had a room overlooking the pool. Our home away from home!
We found the Villas central to everywhere and just the right distance to the main street, the beach and the harbour.
The managers, Lee and Bryce were friendly and knowledgeable and maintain the Villas to a high standard.
We would recommend Cayman Villas to anyone looking for good quality accommodation, close to town in Port Douglas.”

“We loved our stay in these very conveniently located villas. You will have everything you need in terms of space, self catering and comfort. Easy walk to town for restaurants or groceries. Pool is very family friendly and heated – much appreciated this time of year. Grounds of property are so well maintained – thanks to amazing managers, who will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. We couldn’t thank Lee enough for all the help and suggestions she gave us during our stay. We would have stayed longer if we could.”

“We had the pleasure to spend 5 nights at Cayman Villas. We were lucky to have #22 which is on the corner of the second floor facing the pool. The apartment (3 bedroom but we had it as a 2 bedroom) was extremely spacious. We each had our own bathroom and the bedrooms are separated by the large kitchen, dining, lounge room. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The large kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is lovely but unfortunately not refreshing when we were there due to the extremely hot and humid weather. It was pleasant having a swim when the pool was shaded first thing in the morning and in the evening. An easy walk to the main street.
Lee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more perfect.
Will most certain stay at Cayman Villas again on our next stay.”

The villas are ideally located close to the beach and the high quality eateries Port Douglas has to offer.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and I cannot fault their hospitality which is why I would recommend Cayman Villas if you were to travel to Port Douglas!”

“Perfect Apartments for Family Holiday”
“Loved our time at Cayman Villas. 2BR apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were lucky to have a ground apartment overlooking the pool which the kids loved! We found the pool too warm for us (it is heated) but provided this feedback and it was adjusted accordingly straight away and was perfect after that. Thankyou! We also never had trouble finding a sun lounge. Location is an easy walk from Macrossan Street and the beach. “Perfect Port Douglas Family Base”
We stayed for a week in Cayman Villas in a two bed apartment near pool on top floor. Warm welcome from our host who showed us everything. We booked a reef trip through reception which has cold soft drinks to buy and DVD / book library. Very well equipped apartment with everything a family needs. A lovely balcony with outdoor seating. Very clean and comfortable. Large heated pool with spa and bbq area. In easy 5 minute walk of Port Douglas centre and 5 minutes walk to Four Mile Beach. “Awesome!”
We stayed recently for 5 nights in total as we loved this place. Traveling with 2 children the accommodation and location were perfect. Amazing Villa, huge space, modern, with the small touches like starter coffee pods, dishwashing and clothes washing detergent. The pool was amazing large and heated which is necessary I think at that time of year. It is located 3 mins from the beach, parking onsite and 5 mins from amazing restaurants and shops. Lee and Michelle on reception were great- very friendly and helpful. We decided to spend extra nights there after a trip to Daintree for two nights and staff arranged that we could keep our villa and leave our luggage and everything as it was for when returned which saved us so much hassle. “Nice Location & Excellent Heated Pool”
We spent 3 nights in this hotel and it was excellent. The receptionist is incredibly helpful and she helped us to get a tour booking through. Apartment was spacious with a nice balcony where we had a nice dinner overlooking the pool. Worth mentioning that the pool is heated and you can fully enjoy it by any weather. This is also a big one with plenty of space in it. All shops and restaurants are within max 10 min walking distance. Perfect to go out for breakfast in the morning. Via Jean Pierre on Trip Advisor.

“Hidden Gem”
It was previous reviews that convinced me to book Cayman Villas and I am SO glad I listened! We loved staying here. It was peaceful, beautiful and so well maintained. Our kids (11,9 & 6) really enjoyed swimming in the pool and had it to themselves a few times.
The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped (full kitchen). We were on the first floor with a great view overlooking the pool. (there’s only steps so 1st floor might not suit everyone).
It’s also in a good location – a short walk to the beach or shops.
We’ll be back.

“Perfect Stay”

“Just Perfect”
Leigh and her husband are super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa kitchens have everything you need. The place is kept immaculately clean. A short walk to the main strip and the beach. The pool is a great size and the bbq area is so convenient.

“Perfect Location for a Family Holiday”
Located in easy walking distance from everything- shops, restaurants, beach, marina. But not in the noisier centre of town or the main street. This was a perfect location for our family/friends group of 11 adults & 5 children from 10 yrs down to 9 months. We chose this location for a family holiday and to celebrate a 70th birthday. The central pool was slightly heated, salt chlorinated, had a shallow area for the littlies, and railings for easy and safe access We all loved the pool! Good outdoor kitchen with large BBQs and a fridge too.
Our 4 apartments were all airy and very spacious, clean and well appointed with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A spacious enclosed balcony/terrace was a favourite breakfast spot and very safe for children.
Hosts Lee and Bryce couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. They also made some excellent tour recommendations and booked them for us. Everything requested was ready for us, and a nice surprise bottle of champagne was an unexpected touch for the birthday girl. The gardens are also lovely, and well maintained. I’m sure we will be back.

We have now stayed at Cayman Villas 4 times, this time there were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 9). Cayman Villas is perfect for families who want a really top-notch, clean, spacious apartment in a safe, well executed complex. The pool is lovely, the tour desk is very helpful and the grounds are always spotless. We even had an issue with our coffee machine and a new one appeared an hour later! Do not expect a “resort” setting; think of it more like a luxury condo type of feel.

I have nothing but praise for these villas. They were clean, spacious and had all the necessities you would expect in an apartment. As they are not serviced for stays longer than 7 nights you do run out of some bare essentials but with Coles just a short walk away there is no need to worry.The pool is heated and has an area for younger kids as well as a deeper section. Don’t forget as it is not a resort but an apartment there is no pool bar or food options. But there is a fridge at the pool to store food and drinks as well as a bbq area and plenty of seats to eat and lounge at.
I recommend these villas to anyone with families or travelling as a couple. Staff were friendly and if you mention you are going on any tours they may have some discount coupons for you to use. We were given 10% off the Wildlife Habitat.
